You’ve probably heard the phrase, “marketing vehicle.” But chances are you’ve never seen one like this. Moto Talbott museum founder Robb Talbott rode this 2002 BMW R1150 GSA more than 12,000 miles in 2011-2012, over 46 days, visiting 32 states on behalf of Talbott Vineyards, his former business. now has over 102,000 miles. “I’d ride all day with our president, and stop in at winery acccounts, all sweaty,” says Robb. “We’d do 500-mile days, and I’d routinely run it up to 95 mph. I lived on this bike. And I beat the bejeesus out of it. It became an old friend.”
